JOIN does not give each person the same amount of services or funding for services. JOIN individualizes services for each client. The amount spent on each client is based on a training plan that the client develops with the JOIN case manager who is assigned to help the person. Since JOIN relies on grants, the total amount of money available varies from year to year.
